Know before your repair
How long does paintless dent repair take?
Most single dents are finished the same day, often within a couple of hours. A hail car across multiple panels takes longer, usually several days depending on the dent count. We give you a realistic time at the estimate rather than an optimistic one.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes, with all major carriers. You open the claim, and from there we deal with the adjuster, supply documentation, and handle supplements if the first estimate comes in short. We will also help you work out whether filing is worth it against your deductible.
Can hail damage be repaired without repainting?
In the large majority of cases, yes. Hail dents are shallow and the paint over them is normally intact, which is exactly what paintless dent repair is built for. Where a stone has cracked the paint, that panel needs different work and we will point it out at the estimate.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment means you are not waiting behind another vehicle, so it is worth calling ahead. If you are passing and want a quick look at a dent, stop in during opening hours and we will tell you what it needs.
What types of dents can be repaired?
Door dings, hail dents, shopping cart damage, creases, and most dents where the paint is unbroken. If the paint is cracked or chipped at the dent, paintless repair alone will not restore it. Send a photo and we will tell you honestly which category yours is in.
